TICKETS FOR HELPING HANDS
Helper tickets (50% discount)
Our helper tickets allow you to participate in the festival at a reduced rate in exchange for your support on the team. In return, you commit to taking on one of the following shifts:
Shift Alpha (setup & festival start)
Thursday early morning – Friday evening → Support during setup and throughout events until Friday night. → After that you are free to enjoy the festival in full
Shift Omega (festival & teardown)
Saturday morning – Sunday late evening → Support during the festival from Saturday morning and during the shared teardown
Possible areas of support
Depending on needs and your skills, you can support in different areas, e.g.:
- Setup & teardown (tents, rooms, infrastructure)
- Decoration & spatial design
- Reception & guest care
- Kitchen & catering
- Space holding (presence in the room, support for group processes)
- Awareness team (mindful accompaniment & availability)
Team assignment is done by us; we will contact you in advance.
Important:
- Taking on and fully participating in your shift is a requirement for the helper ticket
- Please be punctual, present, and reliable in your assignment
- We design tasks so there is enough room for rest and the festival experience
