Families warmly welcome!

Our tantra festival is a place of community, encounter and connection. It matters to us not to exclude anyone – and that includes families with children.

Many parents long for time for personal growth, encounter and shared experiences. At the same time, we know that taking part in a festival often becomes difficult when there is no support for the children.

Especially because our festival takes place in the summer holiday season, we want to give families the chance to come together. That is why we offer loving childcare and a dedicated children's programme during workshop hours.

We do not see children as a disruption of festival life, but as a valuable part of our community.

Our approach

  • Children from age 6: Can take part independently in our supervised children's programme during the day.
  • Children under 6: Are warmly invited to join the activities – for legal reasons, one parent (or a fixed caregiver) must be present throughout.
  • Care hours: During official workshop hours in the daytime. In the evening and during evening workshops, care is up to you as parents – many families support each other or take turns.

Childcare is a support offer for families – you remain responsible for your children at all times.

During childcare hours, you must be reachable on the festival grounds.

If a child needs support or wants to leave childcare, we will contact you immediately.

Safe space & door angels

As this is a tantra festival, we create intimate and protected spaces for adults in the workshops. So that all participants can let go while children remain protected, we work with so-called door angels (helpers in front of the rooms). They gently and consistently ensure that no children unexpectedly enter workshop rooms. The children's area is clearly separated from the workshop area.

How registration works

So we can plan the childcare team and materials well, we need advance registration for your children. It's simple via the ticket purchase:
  1. Go to our tickets page.
  2. Fill in the registration form for your festival ticket.
  3. Tick "Children under 6" and/or "Children aged 6 and over" – depending on the ages of the children coming with you – and enter the number.

Frequently asked questions

What does a ticket for my child cost and is childcare included?
For children under 6, the festival and participation in childcare (accompanied by a parent) is completely free. For children aged 6 and over (who can also be cared for independently), we charge a family-friendly fee of just 10% of the regular ticket price. Please book the appropriate child ticket directly when purchasing your own tickets.
Are children also cared for in the evening?
No. Childcare takes place exclusively during the day during workshop hours. In the evening (for dinner and evening events), parental supervision is entirely the responsibility of the parents.
What happens if my child needs me during a workshop?
Safety comes first. When handing over to the childcare team, leave us your name and the exact workshop room where you are. If anything happens, a helper will fetch you immediately.
How are children protected from the content of the Tantra Festival?
We strictly separate the areas. We also station door angels (helpers) in front of workshop rooms to ensure no child accidentally walks into an intimate room.
