Answers to the most common questions about registration, accommodation, childcare, the schedule and our safe festival space.
When and where does the festival take place?
Burningheart Tantra Festival 2026 takes place August 6–9 at BambooPark near Aschaffenburg, Germany (Weinbergstr. 2, 63768 Hösbach-Rottenberg, Bavaria). Four days of workshops, rituals and community in nature.
How much does a ticket cost?
The regular ticket price is €450 until 19 July, then the last-minute rate (€490) applies. Discounted helper tickets are also available. Children under 6 participate free of charge. See all prices and options on the tickets page.
Is childcare available – can families bring children?
Yes. During workshop hours in the daytime we offer loving childcare and a dedicated children's programme – families are warmly welcome. In the evening, supervision is up to you as parents. Concept, safe spaces, registration and more questions are on the childcare page.
How much does a child ticket cost?
Children under 6 participate in the festival and childcare (accompanied by a parent) free of charge. For children aged 6 and over who can be cared for independently, we charge 10% of the regular ticket price. Book the child ticket together with your own ticket on the tickets page. How do I register?
Registration is only possible via the form on the tickets page. We will confirm your registration.
What accommodation options are available?
You can bring your own tent (camping meadow), arrive with a camper/caravan, or book a women's tent or 6-bed tent. Details and nightly rates are on the accommodation page.
How is catering organized?
Festival catering (lunch and dinner) is available, plus optional breakfast. The kitchen is mostly organic and vegan. Children under 6 eat free. More on the accommodation page.
Is the festival suitable for beginners?
Yes. The program offers something for different experience levels. All sessions are invitations – you choose what feels right. Respectful interaction is at the heart of the festival.
What does a “tantra festival” mean?
For us it means mindful encounter, bodywork, rituals, community and sensuality in a safe space. It is about presence, joy and connection – not performance or fixed expectations.
What rules apply to consent and boundaries?
A binding consent & boundaries guide applies to all participants. Clear communication of limits and respectful interaction are the foundation of the festival.
Can I join at a reduced rate as a helper?
Yes. Helpers receive a 50% discount on the ticket price and support the team with tasks such as setup, kitchen or garden work. More on the helpers page.
